Nuntlës Se̜n Gri (/ˈnuntlɛs/ /se̜n/ [wrong] [belly]) is a subtropical City located in the Zbëkfenfyë Moot of the Rosid.
The name Nuntlës Se̜n Gri is derived from the Goblin language, as Nuntlës Se̜n Gri was founded by Kèsèb, who was culturaly Wood Elf.
Climate
Nuntlës Se̜n Gri has a yearly average temperature of 8°C (46°F), with its average temperature during the summer being an icy 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold -11°C (13°F). Nuntlës Se̜n Gri receives an average of 159 cm/y (62 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Nuntlës Se̜n Gri covers an area of nearly 24 km2 (9 mi2), and an average elevation of 4100 m (13451 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Nuntlës Se̜n Gri was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1177, by Kèsèb. The establishment of Nuntlës Se̜n Gri was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Kèsèb struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Nuntlës Se̜n Gri as a prison colony.
Nuntlës Se̜n Gri was built using the conventions of Wood Elf durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nuntlës Se̜n Gri is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.
Nuntlës Se̜n Gri is buildings are arranged arround a single restrictive cobblestone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the city a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The city posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. Unfortuantly, these failry decent fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Nuntlës Se̜n Gri is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a city, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Nuntlës Se̜n Gri has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.

Cultural Notes
Nuntlës Se̜n Gri's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.
